Wad Al-Nees Philanthropic Society is concerned about

Strengthening and spreading its services to the inhabitants of Wad Al-Nees village and all

neighboring villages. Therefore, the Society is looking to establish a multi-purpose community center (Al-Rahma Project) with a total area of 2,687 m2. The proposed center will include: Kindergarten, cultural center, Handicapped center, multi-purpose hall, Society’s offices and orphanage residence.

Proposed Design of Al-Rahma Building :

According to the engineering plans, the building consists of the following floors:

1-      1st basement floor: Its total area is 410m2. It includes multipurpose hall, kitchen, bathrooms, reception area, storage, kindergarten, garden and offices.

2-      2nd basement floor: Its total area is 410m2. It includes the cultural center (kitchen, bathrooms, halls)

3-      3rd basement floor: Its total area is 410m2. It includes the handicapped center (instructors room, kitchen, class, bathrooms and halls).

4-      4th basement floor: Its total area is 403.5m2.  It includes the multipurpose hall (bathrooms and large hall).

5-      5th basement floor: Its total area is 302m2.    It includes the Society’s offices (Praying room, kitchen, meeting room and administration offices).

6-      Ground floor :Its total area is 418m2.   It includes the Society’s offices (lounge, meeting rooms, reception desk).

7-      First floor: Its total area is 293m2.     It includes the orphanage residence (6 bedrooms with 9 beds, bathrooms)

8-      Staircase: Its total area is 40 m2
